The tech was very informative! He was able to fix the gap on a panel that had pulled away from the tub. It was a tub defect in that the flange to accommodate the screws to attach panel failed. He was able to jimmy the panel over enough to install panel with a much smaller gap. I will certainly use this company for support, repairs and supplies in the future!
